Jeannie FlinchbaughJeannie Flinchbaugh has been playing flute and performing for over 30 years. Her band Dream Keeper consists of herself, singers and other musicians, usually a guitarist and/or keyboards. A percussionist is often invited to be a part of the group. Her performance is an eclectic mix of blues, folk, pop, new age, reggae and rock with a love for improvisation, harmony and a few bad jokes. At the present her performance consists of instrumentals with a sprinkling of vocals, that reflect her life stories and dreams. Her goal is to experiment with any and all styles of music that lend itself to her silver flute. |

Fritzi AlwinFritzi Alwin has always nurtured a love of singing, albeit secretly. Raised in a small town in Alaska, it wasn't until she was almost in her 30s that she began singing anywhere near anyone who could actually hear her!! After falling in with a group of 60s throwbacks with guitars in the late 80s, she eventually started singing along and, with lots of encouragement, began learning to play guitar and exploring her own musical path. Since then, Fritzi has been in several bands and duos, has played some as a solo artist, has been featured on several CD projects, and rarely passes up a chance to get up on stage and blast the room with her wonderful tone, excellent pitch, and boundless energy. Although consistently complimented on her choice of material, Fritzi's voice is what has gotten the most attention and praise over the years. |
